I had a case stayed back 9th October 2012 from county court. Now they have changed the solicitor and asked the court to lift the stay.On the grounds that the defendant has no real prospect of successfully defending the claim. This was a old mbna debt april 2005. I lost my job due to harrassment from aegis they called me seven times a day to try and get monies out of me. The account changed in 2011 and they have given me no further information and have given photocopies on blank paper of all the account transactions, no headers just on blank pape

Can I use a landmark case keith harrison v link due to harrassment and MBNA increasing the rate from 0% to 30% when I lost my job due too their harrassment.
