Hi there,
I have to attend court next week and Monday is the date for submission of intimation of plea (Scottish Case). Can anyone advise of the format for the intimation of plea, is this an expanded version of my defence submission?
Basic facts:
Debt has been assigned
Debt may be statute barred but DCA saying that I have paid a collection agency in this matter within the last 6 years
Credit Agreement has a signature from Original Creditor but is dated after the statement of account starts
Statement of account is only from DCA, nothing from original creditor
No notice of assignment received
No default notice received
Any help would be appreciated.
