  • Non molestation order and power of arrest

    Hi everyone

After many complaints to the police regarding breach of non molestation order against my ex, the police finally accepted there is enough evidence to arrest him. This was last week... He's still free!
When I called the police asking for an update, I was told they didn't have time yet! I feel very anxious with this situation because my ex is very unstable. I feel completely let down by the police, they are not taking the situation seriously. If they accepted there was a clear breach of the non molestation and they told me they will arrest him, is there any time frame to do it? Should I make a formal complaint and how to do it? They also closed a complaint I've done in November without even get my statement... Just ridiculous!
