long story but I had a CCJ issued against me by an individual last year, I have managed to get this set aside a few weeks ago when the claimant didn’t attend to set aside hearing. Myself and I presume the claimant received the court order on Friday (29th) stating that the claimant must submit the claim and response pack by today, Sunday (31st) at 4pm, as I’ve not received anything and it’s Sunday, there’s no post, does this mean they have missed the deadline and the case will be dismissed as stated in the court order?
