  • Lowell warrant of control on a fake and historical debt

The other day I received a warrant of control on a debt dating back over 6 years, to my knowledge the statue of limitations on the debt has exceeded but that is not the only issue I have with this.

The Original debt in my opinion is fraudulent and here is why,
a number of years ago I took out a contract with Vodaphone, after the contract ended I told them I no longer wished to use their services and the contract was finished...or so I thought, after 2 months Vodaphone without my knowledge or agreement restarted the contract and a bill started to clock up.
I refused to pay this and simply ignored the debt collection letters.

I heard nothing about receiving a CCJ on this like the warrant of control says I should have, the warrant of control also does not state the original debt only numbers provided by Lowell.

As I am self isolating right now I had only one option to try and resolve this and that is a number on the warrant of control letter, the phone line is open only 2 hours a day between 8:30am and 10:30am but even in those times calls are not answered. As of Monday I could be receiving a call from a bailiff, what do I do?

Not sure if this means anything but I tried to look up if this is a real court letter to no avail, one thing that looked odd to me was the court code 355 which I found on lowell letters for other courts. the number on the letter does not show on google searches either which to me is suspicious
