  • Lowell County Court Claim (three mobile)

    Received a claim: yes
    Issue Date:23 Oct 2019
    Amount approx: £842
    Claimant: Lowell Portfolio
    Solicitor: Lowell solicitors LTD
Original Creditor: Hutchison 3G UK Limited (three mobile)
Particulars of Claim: 2 terminated agreements
Is the debt Statute Barred? no
List any letters you have sent:
    CPR 31.14
Any Other Info: At first Lowell were trying to claim money off a three contract that I took out for a family member and then I received another claim for another three contract that I have no idea about. I got a family member to do the 3 letter/notice of conditional acceptance process, but now I have received a county court claim form and I just don't know what to do. I've acknowledged the claim online and I sent a CPR 31.14 letter to the solicitor but received a reply saying that as it is a former telecommunications matters its not regulated by the consumer credit act 1974. If anyone can help with what I should do next I would be very grateful.
    Thanks in advance.
