    Consent to set aside a default CCJ

    Hi Im writing here to seek advice on a county court claim judgement made against me by WY PARKING ENFORCEMENT LIMITED. The date has passed to submit a draft defence (august) and I only found out about the judgement after checking my credit report. I don't have a strong enough defence and didn't read the court order too late. I'm relying on goodwill of the claimant to agree to consent order to have claim set aside. I'm willing to settle the full amount on the condition the CCJ is removed. Can anyone help me with how to fill in the draft order example for a consent order? Thanks.
