  • Lowell - defended claim

Hi all, i have defended a claim lodged by llowel, its at the stage where the judge have given llowell untill the 28th august 2019 to reply to my defence. I rang the court has i havent recieved anything in the post ( i understand we both get copys if one or the other sends the court something?) And the court tell me they havent recieved anything today from llowell but they have untill the 4.00pm tomorow for the reply to defence from them. I asked what happens if they dont send anything? She informed me then its up to the judge?

Just wondering what do you think can happen if they dont send the reply to defence in? And also if the judge throws the case out can llowell still reapply to enter a ccj against me again? Sorry to sound silly but not sure what to do. Thanks
