    Suspended possession order advice pls

    At a possession hearing I was given a suspended possession order which gave the LL immediate possession if I didn’t adhere to the payment terms within the order.
    I applied to vary the order due lack of clarity in the order concerning payments which are currently in dispute and have an imminent court date for.
    Will the LL be able to action the immediate possession? should I have asked for a stay on any proceedings?
