  • Cabot CCJ reactivation

It's been a fair old while since i've needed your sage advice but here goes. I've been contacted by Cabot about two debts that I thought had disappeared (I know they never really do). They were successful in getting 2 x CCJ's against me in March 2008. They took no enforcement action in the initial six years. What's the chances of them being granted an application to reactivate the judgement after all this time? I haven't moved house or ever tried to hide where I am. Until recently I don't even recall them sending as much as an annual statement. I've responded requesting they cease contact and they've agreed to remove my telephone number from their system (this has also never changed). The two debts add up to nearly £36k so as you can imagine i'd like to nip this in the bud if at all possible. Thanks in advance
