  • CCJ claim form from Hoist, please help

    Hi,
Received a county court claim form on 27th October (Issue Date 21st) from Hoist Finance UK Holdings 3 Limited for a Lloyds overdraft, amount £1075.47 (plus court fee etc £1235.47)
I believe this MIGHT be statute barred as I have not used the account since September 2016, missed payment showing on credit file as September 2016. Hoist are showing a default date of 28th February 2017.
I understand that I need to send Lloyds a SARS but this could take too long and not be returned before I need to enter my defence.
    Please can someone advise?
    Many Thanks
