Preparation Time Order

I had a parking company take me to court over an unpaid parking 'bill'. This was dismissed by the judge within a few minutes of the judge looking at their evidence/signs posted in said car park.
Is this something I can claim for a preparation time order (I am not sure if it would only apply in an employment tribunal), and is this something I can do after the hearing has taken place?
