  • CCJ 6 years old . debt sold after CCJ given

I have a debt that is around 12 years old from a mbna credit card . The debt has been sold many times . On the 23 rd march 2015 a CCJ was awarded the purchaser of the debt at the time (not sure who). It was sold again to dect purchaser arrow global / dryden Fairfax solicitors . I have been paying around £17 a month to dryden Fairfax .
I would be very grateful if someone could answer my questions on this situation .
Is a CCJ still attached to debt when it is assigned /sold
How long is a ccj enforceable
Would dryden Fairfax be able to apply to court to get the payment enforcement conditions if I stopped paying , taking into account they didn't get the ccj and it's over 6 years
Can they make another county court claim on a debt that has already had a ccj issued .
My apologies for mount of info requested .
I have some experience of challenging court claims in grounds these agents can't supply documents of credit agreement or assignment etc as all my debts are well over 10 years old .
