  • Land injunction

I’m not sure I’m on the right track so please forgive if not.. My husband and son are in a very nasty partnership dispute re some building land. Planning permission is imminent for 12 houses so quite a lot of money at stake. The dispute partner does not want to “ involve “ us in this build or any of the profits ( we have successfully built 4 house in the process of being sold) however all the profit is really in the 2 nd phase as you can imagine after costs. We own 5o% of the land as stated in a contract which the said partner now refuses to recognise ! Q IF and when the P permission is granted could we put an injunction on our share of the land to stop him building until he either includes us or give us a financial settlement. PS we do have a solicitor but have not asked him this as yet .
