Car park operator now booted off the site. Would this help my defence?

After seeing in our local newspaper that OPS have been relieved of their operation on our little 20 bay 2 hour parking area served by Costa Greggs and a Co op after their were so many complaints, which culminated in our MP getting involved and due to their alleged underhand and over zealous mistreatment of the shops customers due to everybody being caught out by cctv because of a blank piece of tarmac in front of the shops that people used to pull up or drop off on if all bays were taken which includes me (they recorded me as being there for 4 mins) the landowner installed another there now who have quite rightly put double yellow lines on the piece of tarmac to avoid any confusion. Question: Would a Northamptonshire court judge look favourably at the defence of my case (yet to be filed) based on the details above that I have explained ?
