  • Small Claim Defence

i am the claimant and the defendant has previously submitted a defence and counter claim to my initial claim

subsequently the judge has requested that we both submit ALL documents for the hearing.

My question is this. As the judge has requested ALL
documentation to be submitted overruling the same previous request for documentation, does this mean that any previous submissions are effectively redundant

one reason I ask is that the defendants defence and counter claim was submitted by his old solicitor who has ceased to act so I was wondering if this previous submission was now redundant?
