Can someone give me advice on how to get a court order please?

We made a Data Subject Access Request to a company 8 weeks ago. They said they would only send us some info when we had sent them what they wanted. We made a complaint to the ICO but that's going to take an age to get the info out. I thought maybe we could get a court to order the release of the information. If so how would I do that and what form would I use? N244? What would the order be called? The company are currently adversely affecting my life / finances by not disclosing any information to me. I've sent a letter telling them they have a week to respond or its going to court and they've just laughed in my face. So now I have to do this and Im not sure how. Cant afford legal help. Can anyone please advise? Thank you!
