Hi Need some advice,
Just Received a SJPN, Regarding a Speed Offence, where i never received the Original NIP
The Offience was from October 2018 and I dont remember getting the NIP or Reminders or Anything,
I have had 2 Speeding Offences in the Past and always respond ASAP when receiving the NIP,
i also have/Can get evidence of Lost / Miss posted Mail as have had 2 neighbours Letters Just last week posted thru our Door
I am trying to Plead online but it is not accepting the URN
I have been told that the URN is Invalid and i need to contact the Court to get a Vaild one
My Question is if the URN Is invalid how can this Legal Document be Valid?
