  • Received a CCJ after agreeing replayment option with the claimant

Hello, I really need some help here.
i had an issue with southern water over unpaid water bill.
The case was taken to county court but the court refer that the case should be taken to small claim court which DQ was sent out to both parties. After submitting my DQ and later agreed replayment option with the creditor. I later received a letter states the claimant has not filed the 'Directions Questionnaire with the CCBC" and will need to "on or before 7 days" from service of this order. I did nothing thinking the claimant didn’t file because we have agreed repayment option only to realise that a judgement has been pass on me. Please what can I do to apply to the court to set side the judgement. The judge was passed on the 6 of March 2019.
