Sudden CCJ I never received paperwork for.

Just looked at my credit report today for the first time in 2 or 3 months and a CCJ for Ł1776 has been registerd, dated 11 Jan 2019.

The address stated is an old address so I presume papers were sent there.

I never received papers at my current address otherwise I would have at least acknowledged it. I don't recognise the amount.

I will call the County Court Business Centre ASAP tomorrow, quote the reference and find out who/what it relates to.

If I never received any papers can i get the CCJ set aside completely or at lest while the debt company and me discuss?
