Hi,
any help on this is gratefully received.
I issued a a money claim online on 31st December, for which I understand had to be responded to by 4pm on 21st January.
An extension was taken by the defendant to extend their claim respond time by additional 14 days taking it to 4th Feb.
An acknowledgement was received on the 14th January.
A defence was received on 30th January, but my online claims is saying that I can issue a CCJ due to the defendant not responding to my claim by the deadline.
Am I right in thinking the dealing was 28 days, ie 28th January?
Should I now request a CCJ?
Please help.. I'm confused!
