Making a reduced settlement offer whilst case is stayed..

Hi I have a claim against me by Restons on behalf of DMS, for a Next account, which is currently stayed after submitting my defence. They have since provided the cca and default notice.

In the meantime they sent me an offer to settle at a reduced amount, with a 14 day time limit which has now expired.

What is the likelihood of them accepting a settlement offer for that amount? Are there any template letters I could use to make an offer?
