  • Electronic Documents Questionnaire

    Hello there!

    OK....very brief details....

This is a Proprietary Estoppel Claim....in the High Court

A family member passed and left my mum some money. Before receiving it my mum passed. There was no Will. My mum was cohabiting. The cohabitant is claiming my mum promised her the inheritance if he retired to look after her. He retired (allegedly) and my mum passed weeks later.

I am currently defending myself and am up to the Directions Questionnaire and am having some trouble with the Electronic Documents Questionnaire N264 part of the CPR 31B.

    My questions are:

    - The first part with respect to "Your Disclosure"....I am not a company or corporation. I have a laptop and the usual devices. Do I need to put anything down in this section?
    - "The disclosure of the other parties" - Again I really am struggling to see whats required.

In both of the above there has been contact with family and solicitors....are they to be included in the disclosure ? I'll want to get evidence as part of his claim details, do I name organisations etc so that I can obtain this information ?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
