  • How to dispute a Witness statement

Very long winded but desperate for advise.
I am the defendant to a claim, the claimant has sent the court witness statements from her siblings which are not true, how do I put this across to the court.? I have produced my own witness statement defending myself , but claimant witnesses just keep updating theirs. This is a family issue and the more statements going backwards and forwards is just causing more friction.
I would just like the witness statements to be struck out as these have been put together with the claimant to stengthen the case and not truths.
    suggestions would be gratefully appreciated
