Dear All,
I am completing my application for N244 to set aside a final charging order. I need to act urgently.
I wonder if the application is the same like a Judicial Review.
Do I have to make a copy for the Court, the Claimant and myself. Send all the copies to the Court for stamp, Then the COurt send back the copies to me which I have to serve to the Claimant?
