Ongoing issue with BW Legal and Daveys31 - twist

I started to receive letters late last year with regards to an old debt and went through the usual defence claims and request of documents, this finally arrived after the mediation period had ended last week however the credit agreement is not dated by either me or the lender. I know this was very close to being stature barred (c.1 month before letter arrived) and I have been working through all my old debts since I managed to sort myself out a few years ago but my question is can this be enforced with no date attached to it? I have gone back to BW and explained that further information is required. Any advice appreciated.
