I would think that the antics of TKMaxx's security goons is sufficient to sink any case without trace. IMHO, both RLP and TKMaxx would be very foolish indeed to pursue this matter any further, taking account of what TKMaxx's security goons did.

Citalopram has the trade name "Cipramil" and is a pretty strong drug with side-effects. Certainly, put pressure on RLP and TKMaxx to produce evidence to substantiate their allegations and claims. I would also advise the OP's friend to swear an affidavit as to what happened and what TKMaxx's security goons did. A report from a doctor would carry some weight, especially if it reveals a mental health issue that would have caused the OP's friend to act out of character or medication has caused it. It also needs to be investigated whether the OP's friend is suffering absences of any kind, where they do things but are unaware they are doing them. This can be associated with some mental health issues, cerebro-vascular disorders, Alzheimer's Disease, Vascular Dementia, associated with a stroke or diabetes, and certain types of carcinoma.
