  • Morrisons help needed please

Please don’t judge - I’m not proud of this

I have been shopping at Morrisons and each time not scanning a few items on the self checkout. Never been stopped or questioned.
I’ve been getting help to work through this shoplifting addiction and been doing mostly ok but I slipped up yesterday
I didn’t scan 2 items - worth 12.70 and left. Didn’t get stopped but I saw an employee walk toward the till. Not sure if he went to my self checkout to review my transaction
i did pay for some items and scanned my loyalty card as well - my address is on my loyalty card
I came home and changed the address on my loyalty card straight away but I’m still worried
As one of the items was a plant it was in my hand so potentially on cameras capturing my exit from the store also
Don’t want to go back and pay as this might trigger them looking through previous transaction
Is it just a case of wait and watch and hope that they do nothing ?
it’s my local store but I can avoid going in for a few months if that helps

please help me - I’m trying to stop but I’ve just had a slip up that I’m not proud of

    Hi Helloagain

    Welcome to LB again

We can't help you, but you can help yourself.

There is help out there, but you need to find it, if your needs are financial then contact CAB, they can direct you to help.
If the pressures of life are getting on top of you, book an appointment with your GP, who can give you guidance.

As for Morrisons, stick to online shopping, you don't have to scan a 'bean' or get into a 'predicament'.
