i (19F) stole from primark, totalling around £85. I know it was incredibly stupid. I have OCD and it’s an impulse i can’t control, i am not trying to excuse my actions, just explaining why I did this. They took my details and told me I have to pay a fine to RPL. But I am so broke, like I have no money for food broke. If the fine was under £100, i could probably figure it out, but I did some research and eveyone said it was be more than £150. While I researched, i also heard that RPL has no legal basis and that I should just ignore it. Can i do that, i would really pay the fine if i had the money, but im just so stressed and scared. Please tell me what i should do.

Hi,
It’s been a few months since my last RLP letter and I thought the matter was over and done with. However now I have gotten a letter from BPO Collections. I thought I could finally be free of this, but now I’m anxious all over again. Should I pay this or ignore.Attached Files

They are a debt collection agency, they have no powers at all.Originally posted by rasan6374 View PostHi,
