Mobile phone refins

I hope somebody can help. My daughter ordered and paid for a new phone online in November 2020 but cancelled it before it was even despatched. She has since then been waiting for her refund, which they kept promising would happen at the end of the month but it never happened. They are now ignoring her messages. We haven’t got the money to go to court so would really like some help as it was her 18th birthday money. Thanks in advance xx

How did she pay for it? Credit Card? Has the company got a social media profile? Like Facebook, Twitter etc?

Have they got a Trustpilot Profile? If they have, then tell other shopper to be aware, that may help your cause.

Hiya, she paid for it by debit card. We went through the bank but, she’s young and naïve and it had gone past the time limit for them to do anything with. Will check with her as regards to any social media they are on. Thank you.

If you have legal expenses cover in any of your insurance polices, house, car etc, then you could consider taking the matter to the small claims court.
