Hi need some advice , just received a letter from civil recovery solution saying I need to pay £94 in 21 days , I got stopped at b&q by a security guard at the door id just bought numerous of goods that came to £109 I picked up some jigsaw blades 2 packs that came to £18. I put them in my front pocket on my hooded top as I had a trolley and put them there so they didn't fall through. I payed at for the other items and forgot all about the jigsaw blades , as soon as I was stopped I told the security guard it was a general mistake and forgot all about them and asked if I could go in and pay for them at the till he refused took me to the room placed item on the desk and made me give details which I did he time I was banned and a letter will be sent . Told him I spend alot of money in b&q do I after pay the £94

You ignore the letter. They are no doubt claiming this is for losses. They recovered the good, there has been no loss, The security men would have been paid no matter what happened.
