training loan

Hi, please how can i cancel the loan aggrement sold to me by Train4 trades when i enrolled for an electrician course which was advertised on facebook for Ł2 pounds per week but ended up to be 165 pounds monthly for 7years loan form Carnigie Finance .I have paid about 2000 pounds and have not been to any training class.Hence, i wrote to the training centre about cancelling because of my psychcology issue from my domestic life.They bluntly refused the need to discontinue the training despite letter form my GP confirning my state of mind.
Please what can i do.Thanks
