    Alright ok, signed witness statement should be enough then? I have dated conversations with my mum that I coukd screenshot saying that I got a flat tire too?

      Yes.

      You could also point out that it is an offence via ss40A, 41 & 42 Road Traffic Act 1988 to use a vehicle which is in a dangerous condition.
