    Plus, the document has not been signed or executed properly by Halifax.
    This is probably the 2nd copy which you returned (The 1st is retained by you); Almost invariably there will be a 3rd copy held by Halifax.
    Also, since Carey, they only need to provide a reconstituted agreement, which would not have any signatures.

    It says "agreement form", so that to me says its not a valid agreement surely!?
    This has been the subject of many a debate; I've never seen it successfully argued by the debtor.
