Hello I ordered a tv from tesco on Sunday they dispatched the TV and still ain't come yet been four days since order placed I rang them and they said dpd delivery company lost the order and we don't sale the item no more the offerd me £20 for a get well gesture what should I do this is not on iv payed for item as well

If your delivery is later than agreed and it was essential that it was delivered on time, then you have the right to terminate the purchase and get a full refund.
In most cases tho' there is a default delivery time of 30 days, so it might still turn up.
However you are entitled only to a full refund.
If you are dissatisfied with the goodwill gesture, let them know what you think they should do eg offer a similar but upgraded model?
