Yep........... AXA are entitled to chase for their money.
If poster has none,,,,,,,,,,,,,? what then
As you advised, Nem, contact should be made with AXA, and insured's current financial situation explained.
They may then give up.

Thanks a million for the replies. Il contact them and explain my situation and hopefully put this to bed one way or the other.

Any last advice on what to say to them? Should I mention my DMP with Step Change?
