My daughter left for Australia in July 2014, and she has recently informed me that she has been getting regular telephone calls to her mobile phone from an a number she did not recognise, but having researched it, the calls are from a company called Red Castle Debt Collection. My daughter is unaware of any unresolved debt and we have not received any written enquiries at our / her home address. I do not want to write to them, giving our home address, thus enabling them to pester us by post. Does she just continue to ignore the calls ?

If they've not sent any letters, then they are just :fish2: atm ... there's no point talking to people like this on the phone anyway
