    Claim Against Air India

    Hi everyone

    I am currently processing a claim for compensation against Air India for delay of luggage due to their companies complete ineptitude and flawed practices. I will not post the full details here as the claim is quite long winded.
    What I need to know is Air India is an overseas company, however, they are on companies house website as a UK Established company. Does this mean that any judgement by the Court can be enforced against them.
