I am starting up a new for sale site and associated forum can someone point me in the

I am looking for a forum disclaimer to post up to couple with a site which will enable people with beekeeping goods for sale to make mutual contact. I am also looking for a disclaimer for the for sale part of the set up as in buyer beware but in more detail.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Failing that if you have a look around other forums/advertising platforms you will get the feel of what you need to include.

From previous experience myself, always be ready to deal with the fact that there will always be someone trying to scam the buyer, a sad fact of life but even if you think "our website users wouldn't do that" I'm afraid you'd be wrong
