Very true, my other grandson was the one people helped on here with debt collectors, Phillips which my husband and i paid as we were frightened they would break in, left us with hardly any money paid them £1,900 for a debt that was orginally a lot less, these boys are cousins but are all the grandchildren we have

Interesting wording in their "entry agreement": "I am over 18 years old (and all my players are 16 or over)"
So to have signed up he needed to be 19? Look at the way they state the ages of the players.

My daughter rang Mr Dean Bosworth today and she explained how things were and that Peter could not afford to pay the football fees, he was very nice and said it should be all players paying not just 2, he has agreed to stop fees if they pay this weeks, he will put that he has banned the team, thank you very much Kati for all your help

I don't see how it could be interpreted that way, on the day after your 18th birthday, you are over 18 years old!

i cannot tell you how relieved i am as my daughter and son in law will only have statatury sick pay for a few weeks and heer 15 hr job but have a mortgage to pay and all to feed so every penny counts, thank you once again x

I make no comment about the quality of the drafting of the remainder of the agreement but there is nothing ambiguous about over 18 :tinysmile_cry_t:. You are 18 on the 18th anniversary of your birth, from that day onwards you are over 18, if it meant in whole years it would have to say so.
