just asked him he said they joined in October but it had been going previously to that he doesnt know how long the season is no one said

so that means he will have to continue to pay till they can get a replacement team, his family are struggling as his dad is a HGV driver but fell from wagon 2 weeks ago and broke his back this is such a good start to new year

I know he is only 18 and probably upset at his father's accident but he must be able to see that he can't have it both ways - either he pays or he finds the evidence that he never agreed to something (although, their Terms are clear on the matter).

Can you sit him down and explain that without the form there's not much anyone can do to help? Maybe assure him that no-one is picking on him, but this is not something he can bury his head in the sand over

It's not something he needs to find right now this minute, but ANY extra info he can provide will better enable everyone to offer advice that will actually help

Will ask his mam and dad if they can talk to him and get him to look for that form on his computer but it will be tomorrow

Thank you to everyone that is trying to help, the site says that seasons run from 18 weeks to 21 weeks i found his site it has a contact number for league manager so i will give it to his mam tomorrow she may be able to get it stopped or reduced his site is Stanley Soccer Sixes so he keeps letting us have little bits of information

I dont think young lads understand what they are getting into joining these clubs they just think football not the consequences thanks again x

just read it says captain and team are liable for payment so could he just pay his share

Absolutely, but he is an adult and, whilst this is bad enough, it won't work out as expensive as some of the lessons people have had to learn which I have seen on here.

Just a thought - he is 18 now - he WAS 18 when he filled the form in?
