  • Misled to obtain something on Finance.

Please could someone give us advice on our options, of getting out of finance for something we have recently invested in, we feel we were miss lead into buying something and we were also rushed into it, we have been fed lie upon lie since and would like to cancel the agreement, it isn't so much the finance company themselves but, the people we brought the purchase from.
We paid a large deposit on the purchase and would like to find out our rights on firstly stopping the finance and secondly if there is any hope in getting the deposit back, we used every last penny we had on the deposit!

Please can someone help us as we don't have a clue on these situations, it is the first time ever for finance, never even had a credit card before or overdraft or anything like that, I am normally a very sensible person that does not obtain credit let alone finance, I feel the wool has been pulled over my eyes ( so to speak ).

    Regards

and ... did you buy it 'in store' or at home or over the phone/online?
