Check as Credit Expert will probably try to reactivate the payments & with the banks help they all too often they succeed

Just been to the bank and had a chat with them they have canceled the card so no more payments can be taken and are doing a chargeback so hopefully this is all sorted now

I would also ask the bank to specifically note down on your account that you no longer give permission for this company to take any further payments from your account. They are not allowed to take any further payments from your card under the payment services regulations otherwise the bank MUST refund payments.

in September the other half emailed and phoned call twit to cancel
i also went to the bank and told them I don't want them to take anymore money and canceled the card so they didn't have the card number and guess what !!!!!

they have again taken money out on the new card and left me with no money so I can't even get gas as it has run out
so i take it the bank must have given them the new card details even thou I went to the bank and told them

i have fired of an email to the CEO of call credit and copied in the FCA as I believe this is fraud

any ideas on what else I can do ??????

I have made complaints to the CEO of both company's and copied in the FCA to both emails

callcredit have tryed to find other halfs details on there system but can't !!!!! So hopefully I can get every payment made to them back which looks like it could be a couple of hundred quid )

it wasn't callcredit is was experian

they have phoned me today and told me they will refund 8 of the 9 payments

they also admitted they messed up as while on the phone they found the original email cancelling
