  • Purchase of a car now with faults

    Hi all,
I purchased a car from a franchise garage in May at a cost of over 9k,
i have had a problem with it already regarding a sensor, and then on Friday afternoon I was driving and a display came up saying service needed soon, and a loss of power, I can get maybe 55mph on the flat and struggle to get 25mph on a slight incline,

I called the garage on Saturday morning and spoke to a guy who informed me that as long as there is no warning lights on the dash board it was safe to drive (I was over 100 miles from home), anyway on the M1 is when I realised I couldn't get above 30 on an incline so pulled off and called the AA to get me home,

I spoke to the garage this morning and the lady has informed me that they have no tow truck but will make some calls to see if she can get one to come pick it up,
she also informed me that she doesn't have a courtesy car until Friday (I have one with the AA until weds), I told her this and that I WILL need one after that day as I need to get to and from work,,,

    My questions are:

Am I right in demanding that they should organise or at least pay for the tow truck,
    and also
am I right in demanding a car from them at no cost to my-self,

bear in mind that I only got the car in May so two months ago,,,

Please could someone advise me urgently as I am waiting on a call back from the garage,

    TIA xxx
