  • LG Mobile Warranty Problem - please for help

    Hello

    I bought my mobile in December 2013 form Mobile Phones Direct. I have received order confirmation in email with Order Number, time, description, VAT number and all of that.

    My problem is: On Friday I have done software upgrade in my mobile after mobile ask me if i want do do one. After reboot touchscreen stop work completely ( so my mobile is useless)

    I have contact LG and forward them email with my order confirmation but in replay they write :

    "Thank you for your email.

    We sincerely apologise for any delay and inconvenience caused.

    We can confirm we have received your proof of purchase however we are unable to accept it due to it not being a clear & full copy. Please resend the clear copy of the proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, the amount, the model number of the product with the retailer's name. This needs to be a VAT receipt. We will proceed with your request once received.

    On the order confirmation I have sent to them you can clearly see, What mobile it is , that it is on contract (24months) .( I have forward my email form Mobile Phones Direct with order confirmation)


    I contact Mobile Phones Direct but still waiting for they replay to my email .

    I left without my mobile and support , please for help guys. What to do next?

    If you purchased a phone from MPD then your contract in regard to faults with the phone is with MPD and not the manufacturer. GO back to MPD and insist that they resolve the matter

      Its take a while, but Lg approve my claim and all is sorted now.
