A freind of mines elderly Mum appears to have been ripped off with this company has anyone heard of them or had any experiance of them?

This sort of rip off has occured before, don't know if it was that particular company. Presume it was a cold call pretending to be from Dyson themselves ?

If it was then get in touch with Dyson.

Yes, they got her to agree to a service for £25.00.
Then did it and then the engineer tried to get her to sign an agreement for a £5.00 a week service contract.
My friend phoned them up and told them off and they have promised she will get no more calls nd her money returned, dont know if she has as yet.
Apparently this was the second time they tried this, my friend says her Mum told her they had called " lots" of times.
Told her about LB of course and to complain to ICO, and trading standards.
