  • Major Retailer mis sells Frost Free Fridge Freezer

    Hi

I have purchased a frost free fridge freezer as advertised in store. However, it appears it isn't frost free and having researched the product on other sites and with the manufacturer Bosch, it isn't frost free. It continues to be advertised as such. What are my consumer rights in relation to this as I am generally happy with the product although wanted frost free.
    Kind Regards

Keep a copy of the advert that said it was frost free if you can (these things have a habit of disappearing). Get the corresponding page from the Bosch web site for the freezer then back into the store and demand your money back as the goods are not as described. See what the response is. As you like the freezer you may get an offer that may make you like it more.

While you're at it get them to repay all your mileage and out of pocket expenses incurred because of their error.
