Ploddertom - yes there are similar complaints on Trip Advisor re: the hotel and some of them are through Jet2 also. However, Jet2 are saying they have only received 7 complaints out of 400 odd customers going there so there's no need for them to investigate it!

CYNthesys - are you taking them to ABTA or small claims at all?

Hi CYNthesys, I wouldn't hold out much hope, they are useless and unwilling to help. Their Exec Office is a shambles of idiots paid too much to be cheeky to complaining customers! x

Received reply and a cheque from Jet 2 to reimburse the taxi fares that we incurred when their transfer arrangements did not meet what had been advertised

Not sure if this helps, but you may as well try, write to the top bloke at Jet2 with your problems:

In my experience (inpartial, i do not work for or have any affiliation to Jet2 or the dart group other than they are local) all problems have been resolved by Jet2 and they seem to be a decent company.
