  • ECO Fusion failed guarantee

I am a Social Policy adviser with the CAB. We have had a couple of cases involving Solar Panels installed by ECO Fusion, now in liquidation. They have installed Solar Panels but when customers have followed up they have found that the Installation Guarantee premium has not been paid to the guarantee company. I would be interested in hearing from anyone else who has experienced this.:beagle::help:

    Re: ECO Fusion failed guarantee

    Hi jonty45
Can you tell me more about ECO Fusion as I had solar panels installed last year and was satisfied with there installation but am concerned about the guarantee (we have not had to use the guarantee) does this mean that ECO Fusion have not paid their premiums for their guarantee's for any of their installations if so where does it leave us ? can you also tell me the name of the liquidator, also can I assume that you reside in the Kent area as the firm was based in Kent.

    regards pesy
