  • Parking eye charge

Hi all, i need some advice, i pulled into a motorway seevice area and saw signs for 2hrs free parking. I then fell asleep in my car and left 31 minutes after the 2hr free parking. I have now received a parking charge notice from parking eye saying i need to pay £100 in 28 days reduced to £60 if payed within 14days! Where do i stand on this?

File it under I and do the same with any other speculative invoice that arrives from this company.
All in all, their monetary lose is exactly ZERO so how can they expect to demand ANY moneys at all..
There are TWO types of ticket that must be paid, council and police, all others can whistle.
